Originally focused on Louis XVI-inspired furniture, the company transitioned to Art Deco lighting in 1919, gaining acclaim for its intricate glass and metal designs.

Genet & Michon exhibited at prestigious events like the Salon des Artistes Décorateurs and the 1937 Paris World’s Fair, and their work graced iconic locations, including the Élysée Palace. The company continued producing high-quality lighting into the 1960s.
