We use external couriers and Shippers. Not all couriers are able to provide exact arrival times so please bear this in mind
before purchasing any items. You are always welcome to email us for advise prior to any transaction being completed.

Shipping outside EU varies from country to country and we strongly suggest you contact a freight forwarder or broker in the country of delivery.
(This is required by law in United States as an example)

Also when items are being shipped outside of Ireland there may be customs tax, import tax or/and duties.
These potential fees are the responsibility of the buyer and these fees may change from country to country.

In the unfortunate circumstance that an item has arrived damaged, this must be reported immediately to the courier and to ourselves.
Please take photographs of the damage immediately. We will assist as much as possible during this process.
It is important that all packaging is kept until further notice as certain couriers may wish to inspect this on request.

We aim to deliver larger items within 2 weeks from the day of purchase. However, this may be longer if we have offered additional services like
re-upholstering or re-polishing. In these cases, we will provide an estimated delivery time.
