Superb Italian mid-century rosewood table, by Paolo Buffa (1903-1970), with an inlaid centered brass star and sunburst marquetry top. Resting on a stylized column, ending on a brass ring, with four splayed feet , embellished with brass socks .

This piece would look extremely elegant in an entrance hall or as a salon table.
